We apologize for the delays caused by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers strike. Many of our course manuals are en route but stuck in transit or are at a depot yet to be picked up.

As it does not appear resolution to the strike is forthcoming, we are transitioning to a different shipping platform (FedEx). Although this will increase costs on our end, we are committed to delivering your packages on time and at no added cost to you. We know this is a stressful time and we want studying to be your focus!

A new batch of manuals will be shipped via priority FedEx over the weekend.
