Course Manual
For those of you that choose to purchase a physical Course Manual, note that:
- Shipping is only being offered to the Canada and US. We are unfortunately unable to ship Internationally in 2026/7.
- The Manual will include black-and-white copies of all lecture slides, printed 4 slides per page. This translates into over 500 pages of study material!
- TO GUARANTEE A COURSE MANUAL by November 20th YOU MUST ORDER BY NOV 1st, 2026. Limited supply! Only 200 manuals will be printed this year!
- No further Manual orders will be taken after November 20th. The online-only / e-Book option is available for viewing until June 2027!
